چکیده

Purpose: Breast cancer has over the years been one of major acute carcinomas in women. This study investigated fundamental mechanistic functions lncRNA-NEAT1/miR-148a-3p/Wnt/β-catenin axis moderating cell viability, apoptosis and autophagy Cancer (BC).
Methods: RT-qPCR measured expression lncRNA NEAT1 microRNA-148a-3p human lines for Cancer. Cell transfection upregulated or silenced genes with CCK-8, western blot FCM assays determining cellular growth, proliferation protein related to biomarkers. Furthermore, luciferase assay analyzed activity lncRNA- microRNA-148a-3p
Results: The outcomes indicated that LncRNA-NEAT1 was BC promoted inhibited Apoptosis cells. However, lncRNA-NEAT1 knockdown enhanced apoptosis. In addition, directly targeted microRNA-148a-3p. And, it found overturns inhibitory effects on imposed by overexpression. Lastly, overexpressed activated Wnt/β-catenin regulatory network through sponging lines.
Conclusion: present showcased could enhance tumor development breast via playing role molecular sponge microRNA-148a-3p, eventually hyper invigorating network.

Regulation of laryngeal squamous cell cancer progression by the lncRNA H19/miR-148a-3p/DNMT1 axis

Laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC) is a highly aggressive malignant cancer. The regulation of LSCC progression by long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) was not well understood. In this study, we reported that the lncRNA H19 was upregulated in LSCC. The expression levels of H19 were inversely correlated with the survival rate of LSCC patients. Knockdown of H19 expression inhibited LSCC cell migrati...

miR‐548d‐3p/TP53BP2 axis regulates the proliferation and apoptosis of breast cancer cells

Fast growth and hardly any apoptosis are important characteristics of breast cancer, which assure the spread via invasion and metastasis of breast cancer cells. Inhibition of fast proliferation and induction of apoptosis are critical way to cure this cancer. microRNAs (miRNAs) had been increasingly reported to be the critical regulator of tumorigenesis. In our study, we found that increasing co...

LncRNA NEAT1 Regulates Cell Viability and Invasion in Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma through the miR-129/CTBP2 Axis

Background Long noncoding RNA nuclear paraspeckle assembly transcript 1 (NEAT1) was reported to be aberrantly upregulated and promote esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) cell progression. Nevertheless, the molecular mechanism of NEAT1 involved in the competing endogenous RNA (ceRNA) regulatory network in ESCC progression remains poorly defined. Methods The expressions of NEAT1, miR-129,...

Upregulated lncRNA SNHG1 contributes to progression of non-small cell lung cancer through inhibition of miR-101-3p and activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway

Lung cancer is the most common and aggressive tumor in the world. Long non-coding RNA small nucleolar RNA host gene 1 (lncRNA SNHG1) play critical roles in the progression of cancers. However, the function and underlying mechanism remain unclear in lung cancer. In the current study, we found that expression of SNHG1 was up-regulated in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and cell lines. ...

miR-320 regulates inflammation in EAE through interference with TGF-β signaling pathway

Background: MicroRNAs are small noncoding RNAs that regulate gene expression and involve in many cellular and physiological mechanisems. Recent studies have revealed that dysregulation of microRNAs might contribute to autoimmune disorders such as multiple sclerosis. Based on these findings, we examined the potential role of miR-320 isoforms, miR-320-3p and miR-320-5p, in the context of autoimmu...
